Bug fixes of Churning Caves V2

I made some fixes to the bugs in the 2nd version of my game Churning Caves.

I'm hoping there are no more game changing bugs in this update. I've scoured it from left to right as best as I could, so I'm relatively confident no other bugs have arisen, but I could be wrong, so do let me know if something seems off ^^
